Safe service

In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your safe, you can often find the solution yourself by reading the user manual or the FAQ. This way you can avoid unnecessary costs.

If a problem occurs with your safe, we understand you would like to have a solution as soon as possible. By using the form below you can make a request for a service call. If you send in a service request before 5 pm, we will contact you within the same business day.

Costs* may be charged in the case of service calls outside warranty:

*The minimum charge for a technician is one hour. After 5 pm € 105,- / weekends € 140,-. Costs for any materials used will also be charged. In the case of service outside the Netherlands and Belgium, we will inform you about the costs in advance.

Are you unable to make the appointment or is it no longer needed? Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. We can then set a new appointment. If you are not present at the agreed time or if you do not cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance, we will then charge the full costs as above.
