  • Quick and easy direct checkout via your bank, using iDEAL
  • On account (payment <30 days) 
  • By SEPA B2B pre-authorized payment (PAP). Note: the latter is only possible in the 34 SEPA countries. 30 days net amount or 2 per cent payment discount for payment <8 days

How do I receive my invoice?

We send the invoice to the e-mail address you provided. And you can view your invoices in 'my account'.

Where can I see my payment periods?

Your payment conditions are stated on every invoice you receive from us.

I have received the invoice. When will I receive the products I ordered?

We invoice as soon as your order has left our warehouse. So, your products are already on the way. You can view the status of your order(s) in 'my account'.

What are the delivery conditions for abroad?

Outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg we deliver standard with the delivery condition EX WORKS.
