Faults and maintenance
Service may incur costs if the problem arises outside of the guarantee. If you are prevented from being present for an appointment or want to cancel it for another reason, get in touch with us as soon as possible on +31 (0)342 - 455000. We can then make a new appointment in consultation with you. You will be charged the cost of the visit if you are not present at the agreed time or if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

*The minimum charge for a technician is one hour. After 5 pm € 105,- / weekends € 140,-. Costs for any materials used will also be charged. In the case of service outside the Netherlands and Belgium, we will inform you about the costs in advance.
