Electronic lock
The battery is empty or has leaked. Please replace the batteries and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly way.
It seems the bolts need to be reset. Please contact us.
Try to open the safe with the old code. Does the old code still work? Try again to program the new code. Does the old code not work anymore? Please contact us.
This is explained in the manual which comes with your safe. If you do not have the manual anymore, you can download it from our website.
It may be that the battery voltage is too low. This can happen if you use low quality batteries or when the battery is almost empty. Replace the batteries and please use only high quality batteries from known brands.
The safe door won’t have been closed properly. Press (ON)+17+(E) twice and then (ON)+YOUR CODE+(E). The bolts will now have been recalibrated. Test opening the safe a number of times with the door open before you lock it again.
Key lock
Make sure that the tube underneath the key has not become blocked by dust or similar. Try to clean the tube with a paperclip or nail.
Check that the cuts (also known as teeth or ridges) of the key aren’t bent or broken. Use your spare key to open the safe.
In many cases we can duplicate a new key for you, but we do need one of the original keys. Please contact us by using the service form.
For security purposes we do register issued keys. Therefore we cannot duplicate keys without the original key. Our technicians can open the safe for you. Please contact us by using the service form.
